ith a dual MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an MS from the Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science in Design Innovation, Shani is well qualified to lecture on the intricacies of content marketing in the business world. She brings a mix of extensive formal education along with real world experience to deliver crucial information that’s bound to change your content strategy for the better.

Her current role as Customer Success Manager at Airtable has included her helping hundreds of customers solve their editorial calendar pain points. Shani’s impressive formal education began at Duke University where she earned a B.S. in Developmental Psychology and then continued on to The Johns Hopkins University where she received an MHS in Health Communication, Health Disparities & Health Inequality, and Health Education.

After graduating from Johns Hopkins, Shani entered into the role of Project Manager at the Matthews Media Group, a company that helps create clinical trial patient recruitment programs. Here, Shani managed the development of and launched SmokefreeTXT, a smoking cessation tool that utilizes SMS messages to help keep people nicotine free. Shani was soon promoted to Project Director where she managed a team of project managers and spearheaded such efforts as planning and launching an external company blog.

Before her role as Customer Success Manager at the San Francisco-based cloud collaboration service Airtable, Shani helped several reputable companies improve the scope of their brand. She worked as a digital strategist at ICF International where she developed and implemented digital outreach strategies and as a Summer Investment Associate at Intel where she provided deal support for active investment deals.

During her studies at the Kellogg School of Management, Shani developed professionally as an MBA Associate at Cross Culture Ventures as well. Here, she managed multiple projects for the venture capital firm and also led company marketing efforts through a variety of digital marketing platforms like blog publication, newsletter production, and website management.
